Administrative, Public and Health Affairs Committee discussed the proposals and bills on its agenda

The Assembly of the Republic, Administrative, Public and Health Affairs Committee will meet today at 10.00 a.m. with the UBP MP Committee Chairman Özdemir Berova The Parliament unanimously approved the Public Health Workers (Amendment) Bill, which was discussed by combining the two bills.

According to the information given by the Parliament, the Administrative, Public and Health Affairs Committee discussed the “Proposal for the Regulation of Monthly (Salary-Wage) and Other Allowances of Public Employees (Amendment) Bill”, “Competition (Amendment) Bill”, “Competition (Amendment) Bill”, “Public Health Workers (Amendment) Bill” and “Public Health Workers (Amendment) Bill”.

The Committee first held the general discussion of the Proposal for the Regulation of Monthly (Salary-Wage) and Other Allowances of Public Employees (Amendment) Law on its agenda. The Committee will continue its work on this bill at its next meeting.

Officials from the Personnel Department, KTAMS and Kamu-Sen attended the committee meeting as invited guests and expressed their views on the issue.

TWO COMPETITION (AMENDMENT) BILLS ARE BEING DISCUSSED TOGETHER

The Administrative, Public and Health Affairs Committee then discussed the Competition (Amendment) Bill (H.T.No:35/1/2022) and the Competition (Amendment) Bill (H.T.No:72/2/2022) by combining them and completed the clause-by-clause discussion of the relevant Draft Laws. The Committee will hold the third reading of the said bill at its next meeting.

Officials from the Ministry of Economy and Energy and the Competition Board also attended the committee meeting as guests and expressed their opinions and suggestions on the draft bill.

-Public Health Workers (Amendment) Draft Laws were also merged and unanimously approved

Finally, the Committee discussed the Public Health Employees (Amendment) Bill (Y.T.No:30/1/2022) and the Public Health Employees (Amendment) Bill (Y.T.No:41/1/2022) by combining them and unanimously approved the relevant Draft Laws and referred them to the agenda of the General Assembly.

Officials from the Ministry of Health also attended the committee meeting as invited guests.

The committee meeting was also attended by UBP MP Sadık Gardiyanoğlu and CTP MP Erkut Şahali also took part.
